The Ellwood City Children’s Center is committed to the development of the total child: emotionally, intellectually, socially, and physically through experience suited to the maturity levels and growth patterns of each child in the atmosphere of caring and loving.
The Ellwood City Children’s Center is licensed by the PA Department of Welfare. Our certifications include:
- The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services
- The Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Keystone Stars 3 Facility
On top of staying in touch with parents, the Children’s Center soon came to rely on their website as a critical communication tool during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff could post popups and blog posts to keep in contact with parents as the pandemic raged on.
